To be eligible: • Item must be unused and unwashed
* Original tags must be intact
* Product must be in original packaging
* Return request must be raised within 3 days

Exchanges
In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
* Please record a clear unboxing video
* Share the video with our support team for verification
Once approved, the replacement will be delivered within
7–10 business days (subject to availability).

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:
* You will be notified regarding approval
* Approved refunds are credited within 7 business days
* Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount
If 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
